Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee our commercial painting projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, managing resources, and maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial painting projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial painting industry.
Strong understanding of commercial paint and painting techniques.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
