Project Manager/Estimator

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects, as well as to estimate project costs and provide accurate bids to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
Oversee project execution and manage project teams
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients
Conduct site visits and assess project requirements
Prepare accurate cost estimates and provide bids to clients
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Project Management and Estimating
Strong knowledge of Commercial Painting and Coatings
Experience with Estimating and Bidding for Commercial Paint and Coatings projects
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
