Associate Attorney - Litigation Associate

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney specializing in litigation to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in handling a variety of litigation matters with a focus on commercial, construction, and labor and employment law. Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents and pleadings
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials as needed
Draft and review contracts related to construction and commercial practices
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and objectives
Maintain accurate case files and manage deadlines effectively
Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
1-3 years of experience in litigation, preferably in commercial and construction law
Strong understanding of construction practices and labor and employment law
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
