Position Overview
We have a new client in Lubbock Texas, a midsize general law firm, wanting an Associate Attorney with experience in litigation to join their firm.
Some of this firm's practices areas include Employment Law, Consumer Law, Construction Defect Law, Insurance Defense, Real Estate, and general Commercial and Business Litigation.

Key Responsibilities
As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for negotiating, preparing, and litigating complex legal matters. You will be working with clients to develop and pursue legal strategies and represent them in court. You will also conduct research, draft legal documents, and review legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
