Position Overview:

Role: Spanish-Speaking Immigration Attorney
Type: Full-Time, Onsite in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX

Key Responsibilities:

Lead your own team, including paralegals, legal assistants, and administrative staff.
Conduct initial client consultations and legal strategy meetings.
Onboard new clients, review applications, and ensure high standards for legal filings.
Provide accurate, consistent legal advice and represent clients during strategy sessions, pre-filing appointments, and hearings/interviews.
Stay current with evolving immigration laws and contribute to firm policies and procedures.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals while developing a high-performing team.

Position Requirements:

Bilingual Proficiency: Must speak, read, and write fluently in both English and Spanish.
Licensure: Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in Texas.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of immigration attorney experience with a proven track record of winning cases.
Leadership: Experience managing teams of paralegals or case managers.
Communication: Excellent writing and verbal skills, with a talent for crafting compelling narratives and arguments.
Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) and quick to adapt to new software.
Attention to Detail: A perfectionist with a keen eye for inconsistencies.
