We are a top 10 multi-family developer nationally with projects in 25-30 states across the country. We have a string of projects in the Austin area upcoming over the next several years, and are looking for strong assistant & project supers with experience running luxury, market-rate, high-density multi-family deals. We have the ability to self-finance a good majority of our projects, so we have continued to grow throughout COVID or any market- any position with us will be a long term spot with unlimited growth potential into running projects as the #1 field superintendent. Great growth opportunity with a ton of backlog for the next several years in the area.

What You Need for this Position

4+ Years Experience in Multi-family construction experience

Student housing and high-density senior living projects will also be relevant experience that is applicable.
