Overview

We're a longstanding & well known single family home builder in the Southwest FL market & have been building homes for 40+ years.

We see a major opportunity in the home building market to provide 1st time home buyers with affordable housing solutions to get into their 1st or 2nd Home and as such have begun the process of launching communities that offer quality homes at $300 - 400k price point.

This position will be leading the Construction department that's currently on the smaller end at 3 - 4 folks, but looking for someone who's interested to help build out this brand & get into a more important role of managing 10 - 20+ reports

Responsibilities

Supervise & support construction personnel in designated developments
Work with management to identify and develop future leaders; recruit, hire, and train new talent; and manage all building personnel in the field
Evaluate construction methods & determine the cost-effectiveness of plans

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction, Business or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Area Manager or Director with a high volume builder
Comprehensive technical aspects of construction
Excellent ability to train & mentor others
