Overview
We're a longstanding & well known single family home builder in the Southwest FL market & have been building homes for 40+ years.
We see a major opportunity in the home building market to provide 1st time home buyers with affordable housing solutions to get into their 1st or 2nd Home and as such have begun the process of launching communities that offer quality homes at $300 - 400k price point.
This position will be leading the Construction department that's currently on the smaller end at 3 - 4 folks, but looking for someone who's interested to help build out this brand & get into a more important role of managing 10 - 20+ reports
